Chef N Tailor is a luxury gourmet catering brand. A lot of the culinary creations are inspired by fashion. Being a New York-based company there is a lot of influences from different cultures and walks of life.
MASTER CHEF
Chef DaCosta has been in the Culinary industry for over 15 years. He chose to attend a Culinary High School (Food & Finance High School) because he knew from a young age food was his interest. While attending Food & Finance he trained with culinary instructors to compete in the C-Cap (Careers through Culinary Arts Program) competition. After high school Chef DaCosta attended Johnson & Wales University to pursue his passion for Culinary Arts.
